About me
I’m Paula, a specialist in marketing, strategic communication, community management, and open innovation, with a career focused on connecting people, creating, and managing initiatives that drive collaborative learning, community development, and the execution of strategic projects across various sectors.
Currently, I am completing a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation at Mondragon Unibertsitatea, an experience that has allowed me to develop a practical and collaborative approach to innovation and closely connect with Mondragon Team Academy (MTA), an international learning and entrepreneurship network. At MTA, I have worked as a Community Builder at the Bilbao lab, strengthening the sense of belonging among members and fostering connections in an inclusive ecosystem that drives cooperative and entrepreneurial projects. I have also led talent management processes, identifying high-potential candidates for the Bachelor's in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN), aligned with the values of innovation and teamwork.
My experience in communication and public relations includes managing international events such as the World Open Innovation Conference (WOIC), where I coordinated the logistics of a global event with over 300 participants, ensuring a seamless and high-impact experience. At Bilakatu, I led open innovation projects with a focus on strategic storytelling, and at WITH, I designed initiatives to promote female leadership, connecting key actors within the ecosystem.
From a marketing and digital communication perspective, I have developed strategies for positioning, engagement, and community growth. As a Social Media Manager at Rebel, I designed and implemented strategies to expand and consolidate its community, creating high-impact content and optimizing brand presence in highly competitive environments. My work at Rebel focused on building strong narratives, managing audiences, and maximizing digital interaction, ensuring that the brand not only gained visibility but also established authentic connections with its audience.
Additionally, I have worked in market research and global trends analysis. At AIC, I co-led a study on the electric bicycle market in South Korea, providing key strategic insights for the automotive sector.
With a unique combination of marketing, strategic communication, community management, and open innovation, my mission is to transform ideas into tangible realities, creating powerful narratives and collaborative ecosystems that drive change.

"I am driven by creating impact through collaboration, always focusing on developing new skills and ensuring that each project is more challenging than the last."
